1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using the services of NextLevel Strategies LLC (“NLS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

NextLevel Strategies provides business consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Strategic Mapping (business planning & operational strategy)

• Financial Mapping (non-licensed financial consulting & planning support)

• Team Optimization & Operational Consulting

We do not provide licensed legal, tax, accounting, or investment advisory services. Any references to financial strategy are educational in nature, and clients are strongly encouraged to seek licensed professional advice for legal, tax, or regulated financial decisions.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is required prior to services being rendered unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Due to the nature of consulting, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once services have begun, except in rare circumstances approved in writing by NLS.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when engaging our services. NLS is not liable for business, financial, or legal outcomes that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information provided by the client.
Implementation of recommendations, strategies, and frameworks is solely the responsibility of the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive business information shared during consultations. NLS will not disclose client information, strategies, or financial details without written consent, except as required by law.

6. No Guarantees of Results

While NLS provides strategies, frameworks, and tools designed to support growth, profitability, and efficiency, we make no guarantees of specific results. Business outcomes depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, client execution, competition, and available resources.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, strategies, tools, and documents provided by NLS are the intellectual property of NextLevel Strategies LLC unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of materials is prohibited without written consent.

8. Third-Party Tools & Affiliate Relationships

NLS may reference, recommend, or utilize third-party tools, software, or resources such as Dubsado, ConvertKit, Squarespace, and others. NLS does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, functionality, or reliability of third-party platforms.

From time to time, NLS may receive compensation through referral or affiliate programs. Recommendations are made in good faith, but clients should perform their own due diligence before purchasing or using third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

NLS is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services, materials, or recommendations. By engaging our services, you agree that NLS’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

10. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextLevel Strategies LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of our services, including decisions made or actions taken based on our recommendations.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Force Majeure

NLS shall not be held liable for failure or delays in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, cyberattacks, power outages, or other force majeure events.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be resolved through mediation in St. Francis County, Arkansas. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Francis County.

14. Termination of Services

NLS reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if a client engages in unethical business practices, harassment, or fails to comply with agreed-upon terms. No refunds will be provided in cases of terminated services.
